WATCH FOR CHANGES TO OUR BeB LOGIN PROCESS
In order to provide enhanced security of your finances and information, we are changing our login procedures, effective April 8, 2013. We are streamlining the process by eliminating picture and phrase, while adding new layers of security behind the scenes.
If you log in from a new computer or location, you may be asked to validate your information through a phone call or SMS text code. This new process will protect your information.
For this process to happen efficiently, we ask that our customers update their phone numbers in Business Online Banking the next time you log in. Below are the steps to change, add or update your phone number:
Go to the Administration tab, click on Self Administration, Personal Preferences, Telephone. Once here, add, change or verify the correct number is on file. Once complete save changes. If you have more than one user per Company ID, everyone must update their phone number.
