Important Changes
Beginning on Friday, November 5th at 5:00 pm, online banking will be unavailable. Online banking services will be available once again on Monday, November 8th through our website, pnbwi.com.
The following information will be required in order to log into the new online banking system.
- Login ID (User Name) will still be the same for all accounts but must be typed in lowercase letters.
- Online banking password will temporarily be the last 4 digits of a user's social security number.
- After entering the ID and password customers will be prompted to choose a new password and new challenge questions.
- Users with a Login ID (User Name) less than 6 characters long will be required to change their Login ID.
- For security purposes, your password will change every 6 months.
Mobile Banking will be disabled Friday, November 5th at 5:00 pm. Mobile access and mobile deposit functions will not be available. PNB's brand new mobile banking app will be available for download and in app stores on Monday, November 8th.
The Bill payment portal within online banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, November 4th at 5:00 pm. Please have any bill payments scheduled to be sent no later than this date to ensure payment delivery. PNB is making every effort to transfer bill payment payees and scheduled payments to the new online banking system.
Beginning Friday, November 5th at 5:00 pm, business online banking will be unavailable. Online banking services will be available once again on Monday, November 8th through our website, pnbwi.com.
The Bill payment portal within online banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, November 4th at 5:00 pm. Please have any bill payments sent or scheduled to be sent no later than this date to ensure payment delivery. PNB is making every effort to transfer Bill payment payees and vendors. However, scheduled payments will need to be rescheduled in the new online banking system.
The ACH Portal within on line banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, November 4th at 5:00 pm. Any changes to effective dates on ACH files cannot be made after 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 3rd.
PNB debit cards will remain fully functional throughout our upgrade. The enclosed stickers contain new contact information. Please affix the stickers to the back of your debit cards on Monday, November 8th. Should you need more than two stickers for your household, visit one of our convenient locations or contact us at (888) 550-4512.
Telephone banking will not be available beginning Friday, November 5th at 8:00 am. Telephone banking will be available once again on Monday, November 8th by calling (888) 245-4321. The telephone banking password will initially be the last 4 digits of the user's social security number, after entering the password, customers will be prompted to choose a new password.
eStatement history from the current online banking system will not transfer to the new system. Please download and save all eStatement history you wish to retain by Friday, November 5th.
All PNB customers will receive a printed and mailed statement dated November 7th, 2021, including eStatement recipients. A second statement will be sent as the regularly scheduled monthly statement at the end of November. Customers will notice a new look to their monthly statements beginning with the end of November statement. On Monday, November 8th, transaction history will begin new. Transaction history from our current banking system will not transfer to the new system.
Interest accrued through November 7th, 2021 will post to all interest-bearing accounts and will be reflected on the Nov. 7th statement, as mentioned in the above section. Interest accrued after November 7th will post in accordance with its regular posting schedule.
