Your Money is Safe, Sound and Accessible
Under Governor Evers’ recent Safer at Home Order, banks are deemed an essential business. Peshtigo National Bank will remain open and committed to serving the needs our customers and communities. COVID-19 is causing many concerns with consumers, but access to your money should not be one of them. Below are 5 things you need to know about your money with Peshtigo National Bank.

Banks are considered an essential service, which means you continue to have access to your funds and accounts through drive-through banking services, scheduled appointments with bankers, online banking, telephone banking and mobile banking.
2. Your money is safe, secure and insured.
FDIC deposit insurance currently covers up to $250,000 per person and ensures the security of consumers funds. No consumer has lost a single penny in the history of this insurance fund. Peshtigo National Bank remains a strong financial institution whom you can trust during these uncertain times.
3. Peshtigo National Bank is prepared.
Peshtigo National Bank is prepared for situations like a pandemic, with tested and proven business continuity plans and procedures. Although state and federal regulations require banks to be prepared, you’ll find that we are prepared because we want to continue to serve our communities, not because of a requirement.
4. Peshtigo National Bank is looking out for you, your family and your business.
We are proactively contacting customers, offering assistance in the form of fee waivers, loan payment deferral programs, suspension of foreclosure and repossession programs, and more. Our team is also helping business customers apply for grants offered at the state and federal level as well. Congress is also working on providing more assistance to businesses through banks in the form of additional changes to federal programs, such as the Small Business Association (SBA) program.
5. We are listening and ready to assist.
If you are experiencing hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to contact your banker to discuss your situation. Our team is dedicated to providing customized solutions for those customers experiencing challenges during this difficult time. Peshtigo National Bank remains committed to providing for the financial needs of our communities.
